Morberry has deep rooted commitments in communal support. We care about the community and make it our mission to support and maintain the individual in as many ways as possible.We understand that quality of life is an important factor, which is applied in a number of ways.

How we can help:
People from all areas of the community need support in a wide variety of ways. We can give help to prepare for employment whether moving into a new job, long or short term un-employment, sickness, disability or part of a rehabilitation program.

The Support We Offer:
We offer a wide range of courses and support sessions tailored to the individual's requirements or that of a group or organisation.The support sessions prepares the individual(s) to return to the community/ employment. Help is provided in making that transition into employment easier; improving or gaining new skills.

Development Training:
Develop job search and application skills by create a professional CV and covering letter, identify and develop present and new skills to enhance employability and/or career enhancement, using the internet and electronic communications media, setting up and using e-mail protocols, skill enhancement sessions to support presentation and communication ability, one to one and group intereaction, communicating via media, basic skills development, interview techniques and structured customer services awareness. Each session is developed as a hand's on approach, simple and enjoyable for everyone.

IT Skills Training:
Finding your way around a PC or MAC, understand operating systems, Using the internet, Microsoft office applications, word-processing, creating spreadsheets, creating a database, creating a presentation, creating a website, using emails and contact applications and basic PC diagnostics and repair. Remember electronic communications and skills are not just a skill but a way of life.

Business Administration Skills Training:
Understanding how an office operates, beable to define and use office equipment, use application software such as word-processing, spreadsheets, provide a customer service and support provison, using telephone systems, creat and understand invoices, credits, marketing, make professional use of the internet and intranets, health and safety awareness and compliance, working with and supporting others. Job search enhancement and structuring.

PC Maintenance Skills Training:
Understanding a PC, Up-grading a PC, Fault finding and diagnostics, hardware and software installation, viruses and Trojans, wireless networks, notebooks, smart-phones and not forgetting health and safety. These sessions are hands on, aimed at the individual who wishes to gain employment in the practical side of IT or as a hobby. Replacing electronic systems and equipment is expensive; every business should have the basic skills, capability and knowledge to be able to carry out preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
